Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of statementkit.com and the StatementKit service, operated by Devloggic SAS (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use StatementKit.

1. The service

StatementKit lets you upload bank or credit card statement PDFs and download extracted transactions as CSV or Excel. Extraction is performed by automated systems, including third-party AI. Results can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing exported data before you import it into accounting software or file taxes.

StatementKit is not a bank, accountant, or tax advisor. Nothing on the site is financial, tax, or legal advice.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Your content

You retain rights in the files you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process those files solely to provide the service (including sending them to our extraction processor). You represent that you have the right to upload the statements and that doing so does not violate law or someone else’s rights.

Do not upload documents you are not authorized to use. Do not use StatementKit to create or alter statements for fraud, credit applications, visas, or any other deceptive purpose.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan includes a monthly statement limit shown on the pricing page. Pro and Enterprise are paid subscriptions billed through PayPal at the prices displayed at checkout. Fees are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in your account or through PayPal. We may change plan limits or prices with notice for the next billing period.

Unused monthly conversions do not roll over. We do not provide refunds for partial months except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Probe, scan, or attack the service, or attempt to bypass plan limits
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except as we expressly allow
• Upload malware or content that is unlawful
• Use extracted data to impersonate a bank or fabricate official records

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability and accuracy

We aim for high extraction accuracy but do not guarantee that every transaction, date, or amount will be correct, complete, or suitable for a particular bank or accounting tool. The service is provided “as is.” We may modify or discontinue features.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devloggic SAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of StatementKit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your uploads, your use of exported data, or your breach of these terms.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal and statement data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Colombia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
